FISIOTECH S.R.L.
QUALITY POLICY

P.5.3

The Quality Policy of the Company focusses on the pursuit of customer and other actors’ satisfaction, reliance and retention and on the full compliance with existing laws and rules. It takes into account the internal and external context within which it is relevant. The Policy supervises the context and bases on it in order to define the objectives and the risks of the procedures.

In order to do so, the organisation must commit to achieving and maintaining specific objectives which, taken as a whole, must lead the company to reach the global quality strategy.

The Quality Policy is a key instrument, which makes it possible for Fisiotech s.r.l. to improve its performances, for the above-mentioned reasons.

The Quality Policy addresses all business-related and non-business-related points of view needed to improve the performances of Fisiotech s.r.l. and to guarantee its success, namely:

  • all procedures of the Company, for which future improvement areas and levels must be defined and risks, opportunities and management indicators must be identified;
  • customer and other actors’ satisfaction, by defining the desired level and the actions needed to achieve it;
  • employees of the Company, who feel part of a team whose objective is the Company’s success and who have to find a working environment and incentives for their development, their security, and their fulfilment;
  • the expectations of the Owners with regard to the desired level of return in relation to the resources employed;
  • suppliers and business partners in order to reach high levels of contribution and cooperation for a mutual growth;
  • management of resources – financial, infrastructural, human, environmental – guaranteeing an effective and continuous support for the growth and success of the company.
Management opted to comply with norms UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2016 and for the continuous improvement deriving from their employment as a management instrument to reach objectives and maintain the effectiveness of the system.

Management has the main responsibility related to achieving the objective, creating the Quality Management System and testing whether it is adequate. Management will carry out recurring reviews of the state of the Quality Management System and of its effectiveness in reaching objectives and will define the objectives for the following period and the risk assessment of the processes.

Management informs the employees on the policy. The employees must commit to achieving and maintaining specific objectives which, taken as a whole, must lead the company to reach the global quality strategy and global strategy for obligations.

Within this context, the strategy must be considered a key instrument, which makes it possible for Fisiotech s.r.l. to improve its performances and to achieve customer satisfaction.
